Although Dressed2Play has some of the best prices anywhere, the level of customer service needs to improve tremendously.
This is my second order from Dressed2Play, and I had the same problem on both orders. The shipping quoted on their website is different than what was actually charged at checkout ($14.95 vs. $20.95). The first order was corrected immediately (refund to credit card). It’s been 2 weeks since my most recent order, and I have yet to hear anything from them. No acknowledgment at all.
On a side note, since I was a previous customer, I get occasional emails on a special or discount code. The discount code does not work on the website.
