How do I submit my site to the directory?
We have 3 types of link submission – Free, Basic and Full. Sign up via those pages depending on your requirements.
Why are some packages paid-for?
The Basic and Full packages are subscription only as they offer more enhancements of your listing over the Free listing. For a full breakdown of those options and prices please view our Packages page.
What if I don’t want/need to use all the options in the enhanced listings?
You are under no obligation to use all of the options if they are not required.
Can I get a discount on what I don’t use?
We are not able to refund/change the pricing structure at this time.
Can I change the category that my business is listed under?
Yes you can, although we tend to find that the original category you are added to is normally sufficient. Please contact us with the required change.

How do you accept payment for the Basic and Full subscriptions?
We currently only accept Paypal and Google Checkout payments. Full details of how and where to pay are sent to you once you place your initial listing/order with us.
What if an ‘exclusive’ tag I want has already gone?
Our system works on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. However, the tag you want may become free if either the website/business is no longer operating (our system checks regularly) or the business no longer wishes to renew their paid-for subscription after the 12 months. If you place a note/request with us we will contact you when it is free to arrange set up of the new tag.
Does my business / website have to be about shopping?
Of course not, but we DO, however, require your site to be within the business field (eg. not a popstars fan site and more Restaurant, market stall, craft shop etc). Please read our Guidelines page for a full overview on submitting links to us.
